Context
Speaking about AI at the X Takeover event, Musk struck what Business Insider called an 'unusually reflective tone' and said he had had 'AI or SI psychosis' about half a dozen times that year. Moments earlier he had praised AI-made music. He appeared to say it lightly; 'AI psychosis' is also the term for chatbots deepening users' delusions.

Critical commentary
Futurism wrote that, 'with takes like those, we'd almost be more worried if he didn't have AI psychosis', and noted the term is used to mock CEOs who buy into every claim about AI's abilities. This is mockery, not outrage.
